Warranty & Returns

DareBuilt Steel will last a Lifetime but constant care and maintenance is critical. If your steel is found to be defective you have 30 days from the date of our shipping to contact us for a replacement. This return policy applies only to any item that is found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.

Please measure your oven carefully as all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on custom used products as they are unsellable due to health and safety concerns.

Custom size Baking Steels are not non refundable and all custom baking oven steel orders are final, once production has started we cannot cancel your order. ( 24 hrs after the order is placed)
